[TenTec] Adding a panadapter to an Omni V

Hi all
Normally I'm not big on making non standard mods to radios. I've seen too
many that didn't work.
However, I am thinking of adding a port to my Omni to grab some pre filter
IF to run into a panadapter
Any suggestions?
Anybody do this or something similar?
This is not a lark, there are actually a number of reasons why I'm
considering this
