I had the pleasure of getting my first experience using the VI+ during FD
this past weekend. Unfortunately, the manual wasn't available for
reading during my "off" times, so I wasn't able to figure out the following:
Does the RIT have selectable tuning rates, or is it hard-coded? I found
it be be rather touchy.
