[TenTec] Pegasus and DOS programs

I use DesqView to multitask DOS programs all the time. I'm running three
or four packet programs simultaneously on a 386SX16 with 4 MB. DesqView
multitasks far better than windoze. Its no problem in DV to set the
fraction each task gets.
