[TenTec] Pegasus mod

I have modified the Pegasus software so that the virtual tuning knob is
operated with the left and right mouse buttons and re-assigned the
keyboard arrow keys so that left/right arrows tune up and down and up/down
arrows operate the speaker volume, step size and power. Anyone who would
like to try it out can download it from my website at:
