[TenTec] Heil HM-10 with OMNI-D

I have been looking at the Heil HM-10 microphone with the HC-4 element.  Has
anyone used this mic(or any mic with the HC-4 element) with the OMNI-D, or
any Ten-Tec rig for that matter?  How well did it perform?  What connecting
cables would I need for the OMNI-D?
