The Jupiter wins, I owned a 746 and I had it the same time as the
Jupiter.  I was able to swap the 746 for a FT847( boy did I get the
better end
of the deal), which is a nice radio but again the Jupiter wins.  They
sit side by side and I always choose the Jupiter for HF.  Jerry
