[TenTec] using Jupiter in Peg emulation mode

Hello:  What type of connector an cable do you guys use when connecting the 
Jupiter to the computer for running the Jup in the Peg emulation mode?  once 
I have these cables connected can I leave the radio and computer connected 
for regular use of the computer or the Jupiter ?  Does anyone out there use   
  hamalyzer 2.0 ? When I have my computer and Jup connected together will 
this connection be sufficent to use the Hamalyzer also ?   thanks  John
