[TenTec] notch filter

I had made mention only to the auto notch on the Jupiter.  I had no comments 
about the noise blanker, howerver I will now add that my noise blanker works 
ok nothing special.  There is no adjustment for the auto notch like there is 
for the Noise Blanker .   John
