This occurred while on 40 mtr CW at 25 watts out, sweep on, subrx muted and
split VFO.
I am using the latest firmware. 
Has happened only 2-3 times since got rig in November.  Similar
circumstances.  
And it has been some time since it happened, and was hoping the latest
firmware fixed it.
Pete (AC5E) suggests re-downloading and reinstalling it, which haven't done
yet.
