Hi John, Wi-Fi is definitely the way to go for local broadband distribution - but there are also obstacles to this technology. Recently, a group of "concerned" parents barred a school district in South Florida from deploying Wi-Fi on school premises, on the grounds that the RF "radiation" might poison the kiddies. Wonder who was funding that group, and in what currency? Cheers for now, 73, Adam VA7OJ/AB4OJ _______________________________________________ TenTec mailing list TenTec@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/tentec |
