[TenTec] ten tec omni 546 c

Hello I am have trouble with my ten tec omni 546 C.I am rx more noise than 
signal on all bands ;I presently  work 10-20 meters . (2)A very loud tone on 
18.000.0   which pins the s meter full to the right;I rec no signal  as if the 
band  is dead.(3)Sensitivity is very poor unless there is a strong signal on 
the frequency.
