[TenTec] Orion and Acom 1000

I have had an Orion for a short time and quite happy with it so far.  I 
plan on running it with an Acom 1000.  Do I take it that all compatibility 
problems have been ironed out if there were any in the first place?  If 
using the Orion's keying loop, will I have to change the times via the 
Orion's menu?
