That's ridiculous. Yes there were some firmware issues, and still are a
few.
But "tinker"? Nah!
As I've said too many times, my Orion was shipped the first day they
shipped. I've lived through all of the firmware issues. It is hardly a
radio that has to be tinkered with. I don't have a lot a patience, and I
don't plan to part with my Orion any time soon.
