Yes, of course.  I have yet to see my II over +- 5 hz using a GPS stabilized
oscillator as a reference, and tracking frequency over about 60 minutes
after turn on.  That's with no fans or other stuff.  Far better than the
Orion, which whould drift a few hertz more during warmup (but nothing that
anyone would ever notice).  My Orion would stabilize at around 15 hz high.
My O-II stabilizes at 1-2 Hz high.  
In either case, it's an interesting measurement.  But I have yet to have
anyone give me the "you're a little high, OM" comment :-)
