Oak Bay use to make a pretty good one.  Not sure if they still are making them. 
 I have tried others with various affects.  Oak Bay seamed to be most 
effective.  .I feel there are other issues to deal with first.  I no longer use 
them except for the internal low pass filters installed in my Ten-Tec radio 
equipment.
