Same thing here.  Nothing but excellent comments about keying from my Omni 6+.
I likewise use an external keyer (old MorseMatic MM-2) with good results.  The
NR DSP works great on weak sigs or in QRN conditions.

I have 2 Omni VI+ and have had 3 Omni VI Opt3, and I have never had a report
that the keying is anything but excellent. Yes, I have used external keyers,
but presently use only the built-in keyer in mode B

"As you may know, most TT rigs up to the Orion series, have fairly hard keying,
and we have occasionally got comments about "sounds a bit clicky".
What is the consensus of the Omni VI operators? Do you routinely receive these
comments from others? I have not received a comment about hard keying or
clicking from my Triton IV, but then it is quite a bit older than the Omni VI.
Just curious since I am considering buying an Omni. Thanks, Rip
