The Eagle has better receive and transmit audio than the K3.
Determined by listening and by measurements and by the manufactures
published specifications.

I have 2K3s and an Eagle. A K3 optioned the same way as the Eagle, I
believe the Eagle has the edge. But if you need or want the extreme
expandability of the K3, there no comparison
