I think today's password should be...   "electrolytic."
 Rainwater might have some salts and other stuff in it... and I am sure 
the "wetting agents" under discussion contain various stuff that change 
the "conductivity" of water, as it were.   (speaking very generally and 
not with a technical lexicon.)
Makes sense to me, I guess.
