Before the purchase of TT by RF concepts, they were working on a
double Eagle rig. Two Eagle receivers with a better user interface.
This was to be out by the end of this year, plus a more complex rig
out in early 2015 to end of 2016. But now with a new owner, who knows
what is really going on.
I called the first rig a "Double Eagle" which gave it a familiar
ring-----no pun intended!

I noticed that the pricing also included tuners, filters and
optional NB, so this is the biggest slashing of prices I have ever
seen done by Ten Tec in my lifetime of buying TT radios. I am in
business my self and a sale like this is done to generate cash for
cash flow purposes, and to get turnover of product. It also means
things could be slow especially during these summer months. But
regardless of why, it is a good time to get a rig you always wanted
for a really good price. And that is the bottom line for many of
