[TenTec] Orion II Boot-Up Problem

For anyone interested in a follow-up, my O2 boot-up problem is fixed.  It would 
power up and receive nothing, but as soon as I powered it off and powered it up 
again it worked perfectly.


I applied N6IE's fix as shown on his website (new capacitors on the A9 board) 
and it is workign great.
