Hi Andy,

Are you saying that there are two (2) batteries in the Orion-II?   I was not 
aware of this.  Please enlighten me.  I only know of the Memory battery 
module, the square Yellow one.

For the few bucks it costs, change it and the button battery as well. I did 
mine at 10 yrs.

Received a great Orion II couple of days ago….any way to tell the date of 
the little memory battery, so as can determine when it was replaced? 
Previous owners have no information.
