[TenTec] Oll & Digital Modes

Over the week end I tried FLDIGI, DIGIPAN, and MultiPSK on my Win7 PC. I 
installed them via Chrome. In all cases I could see the waterfall and signals. 
However, None of them would key the Oll and transmit. The real kicker is that I 
had minimal success with MultiPSK  on my Win 7 laptop via Chrome. Keying of the 
Oll was not an everytime thing.

BTW, I am using the TenTec 712 cable. This has been checked and is good.
