Guys,
     Got the OMNI VII back on six meters the other day and have had reports of 
audio distortion.  In the past all audio reports were always excellent.
When I put the beam back up forgot the balun and thought that might be it, but 
wound about six turns of coax under feedpoint creating a balun and still have 
distortion.  Do not think I am overdriving it as ALC lights up as I speak.  Any 
thoughts are appreciated.  Thanks, Jim, K4CFA
