I have a Ten Tec Model 538 Jupiter and a Model 963 power supply I bought new
in2001.  I am running Firmware Version1.28. It is not connected to an
amplifier.

I was in a CW QSO,not using the internal keyer,  when thetransmitter turned on
continuously.  Thekey had no effect.  I pulled the key plug – no change. The
mike was not connected.

I switched modes.  CW,FM, and AM – transmits continuously.  USBand LSB switches
to transmit (“P” = 0);  no RF output. This is consistent on all bands.

I did a RESET several times. It showed a RESET and received WWV.  When I went
to the CW mode it showed the same continuous transmit problem.  Behavior did
not change after RESET.

Suggestions would be welcomed.
