[TenTec] Orion 2 sub receiver problem

My Orion 2 has developed a problem with the sub receiver.  It's the 
standard receiver.  The audio sounds chirpy.  The main receiver sounds 
fine.  I removed the board and cleaned and re-seated the connectors .  
No change.  Voltage on the regulators look solid. I don't see any sign 
of bad electrolytic.  Anybody have any ideas?
