I suspected that was the case and am glad to hear that you haven't
abandoned the TenTec site and product line. At the very least change the
password to make those updates but they may have gotten in through some
other exploit so somebody will need to check regularly. There might be
logs that you can use to see if you can block the relevant IP addresses but
that might be a bit of a long shot. You should be approaching the
micreants and demanding that they pay royalties that can be applied to the
Phoenix :)
