Still trying to get my local noise down from 40-60 over 9 for top band work.
Someone mentioned having referenced some part of 47 CFR dealing with
incidental radiation from powerlines in their dealings with the utility co.
I've been searching until I'm blue in the fingers/eyes and have only found
one small blurb in 47 CFR Sec. 15. What CFR/sec deals with electrical power
distribution and standards?
