Hi John,

EM1KA and EM1U are good for DXCC. However, he was advised to make a QSL
manager change effective on 23 August. QSOs after that date will be
acceptable, but only if the manager is NOT 9H3UP. Try JA2JPA, who is the
manager for JA stations and should have logs.

There has been much speculation and discussion lately about whether or not
QSLs
(if ever received) from EM1KA or EM1U will count for DXCC credit for
Antarctica.
It seems to concern Romeo Stepanenko's connection to the manager for both
these
stations, 9H3UP. Can you please enlighten us as to the status of these
stations
with the DXCC folks? Thanks, 73,
John Farber, KG6I
