This has been discussed several times.. and until the ARRL accepts
electronically transmitted cards for DXCC Credit, they are useless to most
of us.
You are right, it is past time... Now to just implement it and get the ARRL
to accept them. However, without the support of the DXCC Program I don't think
it will ever work.
