TopBand: XV7SW QRV on 160M

   XV7SW was calling CQ QSX 1911 on 1827kHz at 12:47z and some JAs and 
UA0s worked him today.   Sig: 5-8 but bad QRN here.  
   He gave almost 559 reports.   Seemed he QRTed at 13:10z.
