TopBand: TopBand Polar Condx

I agree with Jim, K9RJ that the north polar
path was great Dec. 6. R0/UR8LV zone 18
was heard from 0430 to after 0630 here and 
worked with 100w. The path seemed selective
as UA0KAG was much weaker here in KS.
But OK1DX/mm at "36 N 180W" was loud.
WWV condx at 0300 Dec 6:
70/1/0 Very Low/Quiet.
