TopBand: Contest Venting, Windows, etc.

        Enough already guys!  I'm asking which of the posters on
this issue would like to take the ball and will notify you so 
that you can forward comments to them offline for action.  Please no
more posts on this issue until someone steps forward who actually 
wants to do something rather than wasting bandwidth venting.  This is
not the intended use of this reflector!
