I watched on 1,824.5Khz for 9M0C full time between 11:55 - 13:20z, 19-Feb.
Heard them calling CQ QSX 27 ONLY ONE TIME at 1157-1158z, sig 599,
and that's all.
They might be looking for NA signal time to time without call'g CQ.(?)
9M0C have had the best signals on 160m from zone 26 for last 7 years.
Hope they come on at 1200s UTC every day not to miss Middle USA.
