I posted something back sometime in summer about this, and asked if anyone
knew where all these signals were coming from.
Some days, I logged dozens of digital signals from 1.8 to 2 MHz, many on
the lower end. All of them distant. Many of them could also be heard by
ZL2REX and others. It seemed like a new one was on every week! Now they are
about all gone, even the ZL beacons are weaker.

I hear nothing on 1831. Could it be local, or does it fade out after
daylight?

I hear two of them on that frequency, one southwest and one northwest of
me.
