A couple of years ago I put up a half-sloper for 3.51 MHz on my tower.
It ended up being 75 feet long for minimum SWR at 3.510 MHz, so that's
even a little longer, or about 263/f.

A half-sloper actually is a way to make the tower itself radiate.
Knowing this, I ended up shunt-feeding the tower on 80m instead. This
had far less detuning effect on my 160m shunt feed than the sloper did,
and works as good or better than the sloper did.
