The Meanook data is in now and again, it was not a pretty picture.
Some 17 of the K-indices were 5 or greater and 7 of the 16 days in
the reporting period (Oct. 15-31) had K-sums of 20 or greater.
The best days of the period were October 18-20 when the K-sums
were 11, 12 an 4, respectively. So it looks like the middle of
November will offer the greatest promise for DX across high
latitudes.
