All the BC data was gathered via FS measurements.

It is all a macro view of the system.

There is absolutely no way to measure at a frequency far removed
rom the operating frequency, especially measuring only
conduction currents, and have the faintest idea what the earth is
like.

Anyone using the Handbook method is wasting time and energy,
unless they operate on 60 Hz, only use ground rods one foot deep
in their ground system, and have perfectly homogeneous soil that
never varies in chemical content or moisture.

In that case it would be accurate.
