Great JA conditions this morning from South Carolina! Between 1200
and 1230 z worked JA1JRK,JA3ONB,JA1CGM, and JH0BBE. JA1JRK was S9 on the
ft1000mp meter and JA3ONB was, at times, 5 nine plus 5 db!
Has anyone else noticed the correlation between the JA
broadcast "beacon" signal on 3920 (or is it 3925? Can't recall the freq
right now) and conditions on 160m?? Whenever that signal is 5x9 plus 15-20
db or better the conditions to JA on 75 and 160m are outstanding.
