Friends in Radio Land,
With various postings suggesting that the winter season on 160 is starting
again, perhaps a bit early, it seemed appropriate to look at the latest
K-sums from Meanook. So briefly, high latitude propagation to Europe or
Asia should be pretty good about 27-28 days after August 18-20. At that
time, the K-sums were 7-10, pretty good considering.
