9M0F was readable on 1821 for about 30 minutes today but spent
most of that time working JA's QSX 1911 and just "up" from him.
Due west path with deep QSB.
He might have listened 28 for a while or I might have miscopied that
QSX.
He was definitely saying "up 3" for a period of time but that
frequency was busy here. By the time 24 cleared he was back to
JA's again.
