This am was a perfect example of a searchlight effect. Only on a line from
Illinois over Minnesota and Wisconsin to Colorado QSOs were possible into the
mainland.
No eastern seaboard ( except Tom ) or southern stns wkd.
Not even a trace of northeast stns- maybe the snowstorm ruined the noise
level in
these areas ?
