HAPPY NEW YEAR.
Looks like Steve...6VZ..had a ball to Europe this morning....yesterday cndx
from Southern VK6 were very good to Europe. This morning I had no
power...the power had been off for 21 hours. A bushfire burnt out 5000 acres
and came within 500 yards of this QTH..scary...Luckily the wind changed and
all was OK. With the wind change the temperature dropped from 41c to 24c in
30 minutes!
I have family visiting so there will very little operation from here during
the Stew Perry.
