I just worked Bob W4DR on 15 meters SSB operating at YK9A and he asked that
I pass on the following information about their Topband activities.
He will be QRV on 160 meters starting at his sunset and throughout the
night. He is using an inverted vee as the Battle Creek Special is not
working. Also, a small amp only 500 watts. The good news is that on the
morning of February 11 he worked many NA stations with good signals on both
ends. Bob seemed to be hearing quite well.
Finally, there may be one additional night as he hopes to keep the inverted
vee up till the last possible moment to optimize 160 meter operations from
YK9A. GL to all.
