Topband: skew into rockies

hello reflectees !
this morning the band sounded very noisy.QRN was about 2 S-units worse than 
usual.Hrd OH,SM and OZ wrk W7 area - not a beep in central EU ! At 0650 the 
band finally yielded UT,MT and WYO, all with less than usual S/N ratio.Seems 
the window from 0645z to 0700z establishing itself.And on all these QSOs my NW 
beverage was useless.The West-bev delivered readable signals today,which 
regularly is the other way around.Very definite proof of skewing today.   HNY
