Hi Fellow Static Eaters:
Received an E-mail from Berkin TA3J.  He will be QRV on 16/17 March =
between 0230z and 0500z on 1843 to 1850kHz looking for USA and Canada.
His QSL mgr is TA3YJ (his XYL).  Worked him the other nite.  His signal =
was very good near his sunrise.
