Topband: need cable and wire sources for big project

Hi Topbanders,

I need suggestions of the most cost effective places to purchase perhaps
2-3 km of flooded hardline for direct burial (for trunk lines to the
beverages and to the distant 4 square) and perhaps 20-30 km of wire for
radials.

Maybe I should just open a radio store and buy at the wholesale price?
