FYI - Here is the latest from Mike, KM9D. No word on planned bands of 
operation.

We are now lying to anchor at Tegua Island in the Torres Island group, 
northern Vanuatu.  Vanikoro in the Solomon Islands, Santa Cruz group 
lies only about 100km north of this position.
