Has anyone noticed the Spanish speaking station on 1900 kHz?  It is 
apparently the 2nd harmonic of Radio Reloj in Cuba.  It comes into the 
middle TN area with good strength and readability when progagation is good, 
enough to make the frequency unuseable for amateur purposes.
