About 0200Z last night I stopped CQ'ing to take a look at the DX window and
was amazed to hear A61AJ as loud as the locals. Several Eu stations also
but severe "spotlight propagation" seemed to be the order of the day. I
expected to see a good Eu opening as sun approached but almost nothing heard
here in Indiana except EA and CT. All new station (computer to IC746pro)
caused some start-up problems that required careful application of ferrites
to get the station running again...de gary, kd9sv
