Jim, You might try putting up the biggest loop you have room for, then feed it with 450 ladder line. Tune it for best reception with an antenna tuner. One of the antennas I use is an 80 meter delta loop tuned in this manner and it is a much better receiving antenna than my quarter wave vertical. Good luck.
